In rural County Longford, Marian led two Confirmation retreats across four schools. As students explored God’s love as a fruit of the Spirit, many young people were very encouraged. These opportunities highlight the value of partnering with parishes to reach young people who might otherwise never encounter Christian youth ministry.

Momentum

After several years, the Momentum youth ministry conference was relaunched in February at Ovoca Manor. With nearly 50 attendees from across Ireland, it created space to inspire and equip youth workers. With so few youth workers in Ireland, gatherings like these are vital for strengthening and growing youth ministry.

Outreach in Ballina

In Ballina, we partnered with Crown Jesus Ministries and a local church to run a soccer cage outreach in the town on St. Patrick’s Eve. As people stopped to play, conversations opened. One father shared his story and life challenges, we had the opportunity to encourage him.
